Is it time to say goodbye?

Europe has proved to be an expensive, selfish, unreasonable and arrogant partner to the UK. And although there are many benefits to being a member of the union – at late there is a growing feeling that the relationship between the two is not on an equal footing. That mood is bringing to the surface a sense of maybe it’s time to go it alone, because enough is enough!
The EU asking for 4.9% more at a time when every other budget in the country is being cut is a sign of disrespect and disregard for Britain and her people. It also confirms this relationship is a dysfunctional relationship, not one of equals, or built on mutual benefits between the two parties nor is it a relationship with a future.
The Prime Minster has recently indicated there will be no referendum on Europe during this parliament. But in light of a series of recent events and the unrealistic expectations and judgments by the EU and its subseries maybe there is cause to revisit that decision. Talk about an IN-Out Referendum might be a big step but it’s a step that might make Europe sit up and listen.
