To all my friends and family in the US, and especially to all servicemen and servicewomen for all you do to honour and protect the Stars & Strips.

And, for the record [Football matches and Oil Spills aside] what ties the United States and Britain is a lot stronger and far deeper than any administration or political rhetoric.
